This page explains the separate ownership of the Pickleball Referee Excellence Program educational content and the PB Referee, LLC LMS/platform technology.
The Pickleball Referee Excellence Program educational intellectual property is jointly owned by the four Team Members. This includes, without limitation, the program name, curriculum, manuals and instructional materials, teaching methodology, assessments, quizzes, tests, questions and answers, training scenarios, training videos, graphics, illustrations, the program logo, and other original educational materials created as part of the program.
Access to educational content through this LMS does not transfer ownership of that content. PB Referee, LLC does not solely own the educational program intellectual property.
PB Referee, LLC separately owns the LMS/platform and technology, including the LMS software, website technology and implementation, source code, database architecture, authentication, user roles and permissions, workflows and business logic, dashboards, platform functionality, technical infrastructure, platform integrations, future platform technology and enhancements, and domain/website technology.
Ownership of the LMS/platform does not transfer ownership of the educational program content to PB Referee, LLC.
All rights are reserved by the applicable owner. Unless specifically authorized, users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, sell, or otherwise use protected educational materials outside authorized use, or incorporate those materials into another training program.
Program-related educational materials are proprietary content of the Pickleball Referee Excellence Program and remain subject to the rights of their applicable owners.
Copyright and trademark/service-mark protection are separate forms of intellectual-property protection. The Pickleball Referee Excellence Program name and logo may be subject to trademark or service-mark protection separate from copyright protection.
Pickleball Referee Excellence Program is the educational program name.
PB Referee PREP / pbrefereeprep.com is the website/domain identity.
PB Referee, LLC is the company/platform/technology owner.
